Sales and Refunds

At Brain Juice Coffee, we believe in fueling creativity—and that includes creating a great experience for our customers. While we don’t have a one-size-fits-all return policy, we do handle all returns and concerns on a case-by-case basis, always with the goal of making things right.

Coffee Returns

Because our coffee is a perishable product, we unfortunately can’t accept returns on opened or used bags. But if something’s off with your order—whether it’s the wrong item, damaged in transit, or just not what you expected—please reach out within 2 days of receiving it. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Merchandise Returns (Non-Coffee Items)

We want you to love every part of your Brain Juice experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with any non-coffee item (like mugs, apparel, or accessories), you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@brainjuicecoffee.com with your order number, name, reason for return/exchange, and the item(s) in question. We’ll guide you through the next steps. Please note:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are not refundable.

  • Returns must be mailed to our headquarters; we currently cannot accept returns at pop-up events or partner locations.

Pricing and Price Corrections

Brain Juice Coffee reserves the right to update prices at any time and correct pricing errors as needed. All prices are in U.S. dollars, and taxes will be calculated based on your location during checkout.

If you were charged more than the listed price on our site, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order—we’ll happily refund the difference, excluding limited-time offers or special promotions (like launch sales or event specials). Price protection applies to up to 5 units of a single product. We may ask for proof of purchase to process any adjustments.

If you’re ordering with an international payment method, please be aware your total may fluctuate depending on exchange rates or card issuer fees.

Order Acceptance & Confirmation

When you place an order on our website, you’ll receive an email confirmation that we’ve received it—but that does not confirm acceptance. We may limit quantities, request further information, or cancel orders at our discretion (especially if we suspect a reseller is involved).

If your order is canceled after payment, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to get your Brain Juice delivered as smoothly as possible, but once it’s left our facility, delivery may be affected by events outside our control (weather delays, carrier issues, etc.). If anything goes wrong, we’ll work with you to sort it out.

Ownership and risk of damage transfer to you when the carrier picks up your order from our warehouse. You’ll receive a Shipment Notification Email with tracking info once your order ships. If you experience a delivery issue, contact us at hello@brainjuicecoffee.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

U.S. Orders Only

At this time, Brain Juice Coffee only ships within the U.S. and U.S. territories. We do not accept international orders. All products must be purchased and used in accordance with U.S. export laws and regulations.

Product Availability & Limits

Some of our items (especially limited blends and small-batch drops) may have purchase limits due to demand or supply. We reserve the right to change product availability or quantities—even after an order is placed. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we’ll cancel and refund you promptly.
